falling (v.) move downward, typically rapidly and freely without control, from a higher to a lower level. Maya Hart always knew she was falling for her best friend's uncle, Josh Matthews, from the moment he walked in. The blue of his eyes, the mess of his hair. She feels as if there's chemistry, but the age difference always keeps them apart. Joshua Matthews understands this and for awhile, Maya Hart was nothing but a child to him, his niece's best friend who just seemed to find him attractive. Then after a night outside a Bistro, everything changed — and it's something that the soon to be college student just can't quite accept. While she thinks she's losing him, she's only gaining his attention when she least expects it. Josh is scared to take chances at first but when Maya becomes abruptly closed off, he'll soon realize that falling in love with her isn't as dangerous as it may seem.

**My hands wrap around his neck and I tangle my fingers in his soft, brown hair and I pull him down, deepening the kiss, never wanting him to let go. Wow, this boy can kiss. But soon, he pulls away. His blue eyes dart between my brown ones, and we both stand completely still. "Um," I try to speak. "Yeah," he says. All of a sudden, he does a total Eli thing. He smirks. "What?" I ask. "You're still blushing." **Brooke Taylor is the girl that has it all. Well, everything except a mother. She died of breast cancer three years ago, leaving only Brooke, her father, and her brother who is also her best friend, Zeke. It's summer vacation, and Brooke loves it. Except the part where Zeke is leaving to travel the world for a year. But when Brooke's car malfunctions on the way to the grocery store, she has to call for someone to help her. This is where she meets Eli. He's the typical brown haired, amazingly blue eyed boy that Brooke thinks is a total player. Will Eli change her mind? Let's hope. Because Brooke is the type of girl who doesn't believe in love. And Eli is determined to change this. But just when Brooke thinks that she is falling for this boy, Eli shares a secret with her that changes everything. Will she have the strength to let him go?
