Even though quirks have become the standard for children, chakra is still used but mostly banned. The age of shinobi's is over and now there are hero's hired by the government to stop rampant villains from committing any sort of crime. When something crucial happens in izukus life, who will be there to stop him from becoming what he hates most? A villain. *Drugs, and violence warning if you don't like that*

This is a story where Izuku has a quirk at birth that can upgrade itself, basically every month he has the chance of upgrading his quirk adding more and more to it but it luck based so sometimes he wont be able to. Sup Guys! So I got a new izuku x OC fic so decided to give it a shot. Its a My Hero Academia x Dragon Ball fanfic where Izuku Midoriya isn't just quirkless-he's secretly a Saiyan. With mysterious powers that include incredible strength, stamina, and a whole lot more, Izuku's journey to understand his abilities takes him down an unexpected path. What exactly is this power inside him, and where did it come from? Only time will tell.

Then, a chain reaction occured, as generation passed more and more superhuman people became common and these "powers" were the norm. We called these "quirks" and the people who could exercise usage of these abilities were called "Heroes" Today, as 80% of the population became more and more superhuman with numbers increasing, monsters were less of a threat and Humanity gradually began to push back. In a world were 80% of the population is gifted with an extraordinary power of some kind called Quirks, heroes and villains run the streets. Every kid wants to be a hero... well every kid but one. All throughout his childhood, Izuku Midoriya wanted to be a hero, but everyone says he can't. His friends turned on him when he was Quirkless. Powerless. Useless. Soon, the little kid who loved heroes started to hate them. But with the help of a certain God of Death and a specific vigilante, Izuko learns a new purpose of life. He shall purge this world of the fake heroes who use their powers for their own gain.

Why, why can't he be a hero thought Izuku as All Might left him alone on the roof top overlooking the city. But little did Izuku knew was he wasn't truly alone rather someone with good intensions was waiting patiently on the roof with him ...a friend. This is a fanfic asking a question what if Izuku never got One For All and never got a quirk at all. Instead someone one else found him and offered him power that didn't stem from a quirk, rather it stemmed from the use of energies that are better described as magic. As two separate dimensional factions collide, vying for supremacy over the dimension one benign the other not so much. As you may have guessed I'm covering my butt on this but I don't own or never will own My Hero Academia. The only things I can say I own is well a few characters that are put into this story and concepts that stem from the content these characters originate from, and truth be told I didn't want to write this but I'd rather keep my two hundred dollars and write this fanfic because I lost a bet. I should also mention that this will follow semi-closely to the original story line of MHA with of course deviations as quite a few of the conflicts and plot points stemming from Izuku gaining One For All won't happen. Instead naturally they will be replaced with new plot points and conflicts originating from the absence of them for example the Meta Liberation Army will no doubt be gunning for Izuku due to the fact he has powers without a quirk.

Izuku Midoriya has really had enough. First, he had his property destroyed by his childhood bully, then he was told he couldn't be a hero by the one he's always admired, and finally, he was scolded by pro-heroes for risking his life to save his childhood bully. All that pressure built up inside him, causing him to release a mysterious energy that was so massive that it not only destroyed his home but also killed his mother. Luckily, a bio-robotic parasitic alien who happen to find him overloading absorbed his energy and bonded with him. With the help of a certain pair who possess the same energy as him, Izuku trained with his new alien partner Torbolt and used their newfound energy to become Japan's most powerful teenage vigilante while attending UA High as a regular student from the General Department.
