"Do you enjoy testing me, Jungkook?" Taehyung's voice was low, dangerous, each word laced with quiet menace. His dark eyes locked onto the younger man, who stood across the room with his arms crossed, his bratty smirk unshaken.

"Testing you?" Jungkook tilted his head, mock innocence dripping from his tone. "Taehyung, I'm not testing you. I'm just proving that you're not as scary as you think."

Taehyung took a slow step forward, his presence suffocating, the room seemingly growing darker around him. "Do you know what happens to people who challenge me?"

"Let me guess," Jungkook drawled, rolling his eyes. "They mysteriously disappear, right? Or maybe you have them groveling at your feet. Cute threats, Taehyung, but you'll have to try harder than that."

The faintest smirk curled at the corner of Taehyung's lips. "You're bold, I'll give you that. But bravery isn't going to save you when you've crossed the wrong line."

Jungkook stepped closer, standing toe to toe with him, his chin tilting up defiantly. "I've crossed so many lines with you, Taehyung, I've lost count. Funny thing is, I'm still here." He poked a finger into Taehyung's chest. "Maybe, just maybe, you like it."

For the briefest second, Taehyung's composed facade cracked, a flicker of something primal flashing in his gaze. Then he leaned down, his voice barely above a whisper. "Careful, Jungkook. Keep pushing me, and you'll see just how scary I can be."

"Scary?" Jungkook snorted, his eyes gleaming with mischief. "Please. You're just a guy in a suit pretending to be a monster. But me?" He stepped back with a cocky grin. "I'm the brat who doesn't care."
