Selene (Lisa Manobal) has always had a peaceful school life, with her childhood best friend, Lucas, by her side. She's always hidden her feelings for him, waiting for the right moment to confess everything. But the arrival of a new girl at school disrupts everything: Lucas becomes captivated by her, and Selene feels pushed aside. Out of pride and to mask her disappointment, she lies to Lucas, telling him that she's dating Jason (Drew Starkey), the most enigmatic boy at school.

What starts as a lie soon becomes reality: to maintain the facade, Selene is forced to actually date Jason, a swimmer who is attractive but distant.
