14 year old Rosie Summer Maybank is the islands troublemaker , well know for stealing drinking and committing crimes . Even though she can be extremely annoying all the pogues love her as there annoying little sister . Even tho she gets lots of abuse from her dad , she has crazy adhd , funny , will laugh at everything , anger issues , reckless and impulsive and an adrenaline junkie . Her and her older brother jj stick together all the time if u see one maybank the other isn't far behind . She would do anything for the pouges and the people she loves

And that's Rosemary, just don't call her that to her face... We all call her Rosie, except JJ, he thought we could just pick whatever flower we wanted for Rosie's name so Daisy stuck. She moved here in the 5th grade, caught JJ and I stealing her surf wax from her bag. The only time he says he got caught stealing. And we've been friends ever since... her mom always let's us crash at their house, as long as we help out with Atlas when she asks.
