Animals: Feral Awakening

In a dystopian Zambia, a mysterious virus spreads across the nation, infecting children aged 9 to 16 and transforming them into humanoid animals. When 12-year-old Sibongila Zimba contracts the virus and becomes a humanoid lion, she is thrust into a dangerous world where the government has declared war on the infected.

With the virus progressing through three unpredictable stages, Sibongila joins a band of transformed children on a desperate journey to escape the country. Facing relentless hunters, internal conflict, and the wild instincts awakening within them, the group must navigate a fragile balance between survival and their humanity.

Will they find safety beyond Zambia's borders, or will the virus-and their hunters-consume them first?
