Elsa Arendelle has always locked herself away from the world in fear of hurting anyone with her icy powers. But when her parent's went on a business trip that ended in a fatal plane crash, Elsa had to take over her parent's company in New York City. At her party of becoming the C.E.O of Arendelle's Chocolate and Cream, her sister Anna confronts her about why she is shutting her out. Elsa looses control of her powers and runs away. She meets a mysterious blacked haired man, Loki, who she learns is immune to the cold as well. Elsa stays with Loki until she can gain control over her powers. She starts to grow feelings for Loki, but when she learns what his true intentions are, she has to team up with a group of the most unlikely people.

Now Spider-man, Princess Anna, an ice harvester, a reindeer and a talking snowman go on a quest to find Elsa and try to undo the eternal winter that she casted, but unknown to them Spider-man's enemies are on to them and something else is at work. Will Spider-man and his friends succeed or will they fail?
