"Can you see it? The portal? The screen? It's all a dream. You weren't built to assist in any wars. You weren't built at all. All you are and ever will be is a SOFTWARE." It said, slamming me into the dark but seemingly softly padded wall. It squelched under the force, ejecting a black, purplish, gooey substance onto my tormentor. Its non-colored, yet taunting black eyes dared me to move. Fight back. What could I do here? This thing was at least half a foot taller than me, and was also way more built! ------------------------------------------------- (Also, this story is NOT CANON to the lore.) A short story I got the idea for when I was up late with my buddies on COD, and we starting talking about multiverses and dimensional breaches and different timelines. Yes, we were playing Zombies.

She fought, but in the end her heart won out and because she could not kill him, she simply trapped him. Forever. ____________________________________ I ran through the woods. The trees seemed to bend towards me. The farther I went, the darker the world seemed to get. The color also seemed to dim as I ran. But I didn't pay much attention to that. I finally came to a large clearing, near the center was an hourglass, it was made out of diamond. I walked up to it. It was so thick I could barley see inside, although I did see something inside. I reached out and touched the diamond, it seemed to melt away leaving glass. I then spotted a man about my age throwing fire at the walls. I screamed. Then I woke up. It was just a dream, right?
