At the helm of CRONIX is the formidable Regina De Domanica, a powerful Magus with a vision. Her daughter, Elizabeth De Domanica, serves as the second-in-command and head of the psychological studies at the facility. Elizabeth, a dedicated sexologist and psychologist, is committed to assisting all participants in the experiment without bias.

Elizabeth's life takes an unexpected turn when she steps in for her mother one morning, a routine task that feels different this time. She oversees the summoning of Gawain, the noble knight of the Round Table. Though she helps him navigate his initial steps in this new world, she assumes their paths will seldom cross again.
