For the Pogues, the competition isn't just about the prize-it's about proving themselves against the backdrop of a town that's divided between the haves and have-nots, the Kooks and the Pogues. But things get complicated when the Kooks-led by the cocky and entitled Topper-decide to enter the Trials, seeing it as the perfect opportunity to remind the Pogues of their place. What starts as a friendly competition quickly turns personal as the Kooks, with their wealth and privilege, begin to play dirty, using every advantage they can to sabotage the Pogues at every turn.

The rivalry intensifies not only between the Pogues and the Kooks, but also within the Pogue team itself. As the competition pushes them to their limits, old tensions resurface, testing loyalty and trust, and threatening to tear apart the friendships that once held them together.
