I realize it has been several days since you requested a sample from our backlog storage banks, I'm glad to provide it now.
Our data center received this message with no sender information or explanation. We were able to track the origin anyway. Interferometry, Spectral Analysis, Triangulation and Parallax Measurements. The message came from the outer reaches of our spiral arm, the mining planet of Eøthel. This planet was settled decades ago, established as a refuling outpost. It seems to have grown in time, but we are not sure of its current state. Our staff has yet to understand the nature of the text, and our attempts to contact Eøthel have fallen silent. Due to these issues, the piece must be stored away until there is ample time to address such concerns.

MINDSLIP
MINDSLIP is the catastrophe which hits the Earth at 8.15am GMT next Wednesday morning. It began six hundred and fifty years earlier when Betelgeuse fulfilled its long-held prophecy to turn supernova. The radiation, gamma rays and gravitational waves hit the Earth at the same time as a coronal mass ejection. The combined bombardment causes all creatures on the Earth to swap minds, leaving people in animals, animals in people, men in women and children in adults. The nightmare which follows becomes a social and economic catastrophe. Geoffrey Arnold becomes a key figure in the government catastrophe committee, formed to resolve the myriad issues raised by MINDSLIP. Power generation, the health service, farming, pay, pensions, education, the banking system and asset ownership spiral into chaos. In addition, Geoffrey must save his wife from an imminent premature death brought on by one of the MINDSLIP effects. MINDSLIP is a realistic, frightening and sometimes amusing work of imagination which explores how people and families react to the world being changed beyond recognition. Note: MINDSLIP had been acquired by a publisher who, regrettably, has now folded. Rather than put the original version up on Wattpad, I have decided to give it a considerable edit. A JamesKad science / fan fiction ~ Tau Yoppatau is a phytologist who recently secured a sought after position at one of GYSTDA's remote research facilities up in the mountains of Khao Koh, Thailand but now the pressure is on to prove his worth. GYDSTA has been collaborating with other leading organisations for many years now and it would be Tau's job to catalogue and research interplanetary vegetation that had been collected and transported back to earth by the multinational crew of the Global Space Station. Most of the other people at the research facility were great, even the beings who Tau wasn't supposed to discuss except for one person who made him feel uncomfortable but he didn't understand why? Soma Chattadeep was the person whom Tau had often heard others refer to as the Galaxian and he made Tau feel things that he shouldn't be feeling so he tried to avoid him as much as possible but unfortunately Soma had an annoying habit of popping up when Tau least expected it.
