Twenty years have passed since the epic journey that led to Raven and Viktor reclaiming their land and species as their own and taking power from the careless god who tried to ruin it.
Now, they've settled into a boring, normal life with two children. 13-year-old Eliza Nightfang, and 3-year-old Crow Nightfang. But they've changed from their soft and fun selves to a pair of stern parents.
Eliza hates this. Where's the fun in having famous parents if they don't tell you anything and never let you do anything? But one day, just a night before Christmas Eve, that all changes.
Teritia, Goddess of Christmas and Holidays, has shown up at their porch begging for help. Her staff has gone missing, stolen by someone. But Raven and Viktor refuse to help, stating they're done with interfering with godly drama.
Determined to prove herself against the odds, Eliza sneaks out and attempts to find the staff alone, despite not having shifted yet.
A race against time even greater than her parents, and without a loving supporter, can Eliza find the staff before Christmas is ruined?
