Idalia de Medici, an angel of righteousness and justice, has discovered horrifying secrets that the superior Angels had kept hidden for eons. She seeks for answers, and in order to do so, she must stray away from the path of Elysia and her beliefs. Along with her is Deimos, a demon sent to Elysia on a mission and had unfortunately stumbled with Idalia. Together, they unravel the secrets of the two worlds, only to discover how the chains of their hearts react to one another.
Two can love in secret, but with much prying eyes, it is almost impossible, especially when the foul stench of their sin lingers just right below Zakiel, Idalia's childhood friend who bears the pain of loving her in secrecy.
