The corruption of the marines and celestial dragons goes far beyond the former warlords. But, in a turn of events, the trained agents turn their back on the World Government to start a new civilization of their own. But when secrets are brought into the light, it is now a race between the Red-Haired Pirates and the Cross Guild to find the former agents, even if their lives are put at risk.
