NYPD Special Unit

The year is 2080, a time forever changed by the rise of "The Ultimates," superpowered individuals who emerged suddenly in 2076. While many Ultimates work for good, a growing number have turned to crime, earning the title "The Baddies." In response, the NYPD established the Special Unit, an elite team tasked with neutralizing these dangerous threats.

Detective Lucas Morales, codename Sentinel, a British man with Kinetic Barrier Manipulation, leads the team with calm precision. Officer Elijah Park, codename Phantom, a stealthy Korean-American, phases through walls and turns invisible. Sergeant Marcus "Mac" Carter, codename Blaze, a fiery African-American, wields pyrokinetics with destructive force. Detective Raya Indahwati, codename Tempest, an Indonesian powerhouse, controls air and wind with Aerokinesis. Officer Damien Reyes, codename Shade, a mysterious Latino, wields shadow manipulation to confound enemies.
