Lady Hera Strong was Ser Harwin Strong's daughter. Since birth, the Lady Hera grew up in the Red Keep with the Targaryen children. She was no special individual, Hera was hardly noticed by any of the Targaryen children, even Jacaerys and Lucerys who were close to Harwin Strong.
Surviving the destruction of Harrenhal, Lady Hera was brought back to King's Landing and raised by Rhaenyra Targaryen. Troubled and confused, Hera was all alone now with no one to look to.
Aemond Targaryen was relentlessly bullied by the other children except Hera. She was always just there. They weren't so close until Hera saved him from the dragon pit.
For the first time, Aemond felt like he was seen. But just as the two were about to become closer, Rhaenyra decided to move to Dragonstone. The closest person Aemond had to a friend was taken from him... until the time they met again at the funeral of Laena Velaryon.
Their future was uncertain, recent events made The Greens and The Blacks hate each other more and more. War was looming. Long hidden secrets were revealed. Dragons were involved. But would fate bring Aemond and Hera back together?

Rhaelle grew up hearing stories about how horrible Daemon was, but there is something about him that catches her attention. Their feelings for each other create a problem and she knows no one in her family will be happy about it. In this story Daemon is only 10 years older than Rhaenyra. Viserys and Alicent married when Rhaenyra was 8 years old. Rhaenyra married Laenor when she was 15. Harwin Strong is alive and still with Rhaenyra. Laena dies while giving birth to the twins and none of them survived. Daemon and Rhaenyra don't marry. This story will not follow the TV show or the book timeline, at least not all of it.
