She's been friends with JJ since forever due to her brother introducing him to her. She also has a best friend named Harper who is basically like a sister. Ocean loves to writing, surf, play the guitar and ukulele. She tends to hangout with JJ more than her own boyfriend. Things get toxic and out of hand. What will JJ and the pogues do? {Book 1/2} Growing up in the shadow of her older half brother, John B, would not have been the life Harley would have chosen. After being dumped there at age six, Harley learnt quickly, that when you're a pogue, you don't have the best of luck. After being blackmailed by JJ, her brothers annoying best friend, Harley somehow finds herself getting in way over her head on a treasure hunt with John B and his friends, and in the chaos of it all, she finds herself starting to accept the fact that maybe pogue life isn't that bad after all, and maybe a certain blonde headed pogue in particular, wasn't as annoying as she originally thought. For the purpose of this story and the content in it, Harley is sixteen at the start of season 1 and the Pogues/ kooks are aged up by 1 year.
