Vegas, 1998, one man is away from home to eliminate a pair of defectors from the now ended Cold War or bring them to justice. The job is often complicated by friends and other foes, trying to stop what was inevitably going to happen to the duo.

The defector's plans are to impersonate a higher power in order to extort billions to finance other plans. Can Nelson Cae eliminate or bring the duo to justice?
