Avery has lived her entire life without knowing who she truly is. But when Mica discovers an ancient book, it sparks a journey none of them could have ever anticipated. Avery, her childhood friends Mica, Lily, and Rohan, find themselves facing the unknown. Lily is eager for adventure, Rohan is protective, and Mica's curiosity pulls them forward. Avery, unsure but guided by an inexplicable force, agrees to follow their path.

As they venture deeper into a mysterious forest, the air thick with ancient magic, Avery leads them without knowing how she knows the way. The forest is dark, dangerous, and alive with whispers of forgotten stories. After what feels like an eternity, they finally reach the Memory Market, a place where memories are traded, and the past is bought and sold. But Avery's quest for answers is only just beginning.

In a world where memories are the most precious currency, one truth echoes in the air: Memories are traded-until and unless you can pay the price.

What will Avery be willing to give up for the truth? What's the price of her forgotten past? And who is watching from the shadows?

"Kapde utar," he said coldly. ["Strip"] Dhimahi's hands shook as she reached for her dupatta. There was no point resisting. She knew it. But she was too slow. Trayambak stormed towards her, ripped her kurti, and forced her down to her knees. "Muh khol." ["Open your mouth"] She looked up at him, her eyes full of fear, pleading silently. "Mere paas duniya bhar ka samay nahi hai, muh khol, warna mujhe aur bhi tareeke aate hai," he snapped, grabbing her hair again with one hand and slapping her lightly with the other. ["I don't have all the time in the world- open your mouth, or I know other ways to make you,"] She was empty now. Her tears kept falling, but she didn't fight. She couldn't. Like always, she did what she was told. Because Trayambak wasn't a husband. He was a monster. And she was trapped.
