Getting chosen to participate in the 74th annual Hunger Games was not on the list of things I had planned for life, certainly not with Cato Hadley, he was famous around the academy, trained to be absolutely lethal. Punches that could break bones, a kick that could make you fly into the nearest brick wall. He was the best in the academy, admired even by his teachers, even more so.. his peers. So being chosen to represent district 2 with him was not only nerve-racking but it also piled heaps of pressure onto me, to keep up with him to the best of my capabilities.
