Ashlyn, 17, has gone through highs, lows, and has about accomplished every problem life has thrown at her. She's a normal girl, living in a normal house, with normal friends. Shes just a normal teen. Until life decides to throw her a curve ball.
Christopher, a 18 year old arrogant teen, wasn't even supposed to meet her. They weren't even supposed to fall in love. But life has a way of it's own, and they can't help but meet when Chris moves to Florida and joins Ashlyn's swim team.
Ashlyn is the black to Chris's white- they are complete opposites. But when Ashlyn's psychological problems begin to resurface, who is the only one that can help her?

Of course, it's the yin to her yang- Chris.
