Sometimes, you have to tell strangers your secrets. Ashlyn, 17, has gone through highs, lows, and has about accomplished every problem life has thrown at her. She's a normal girl, living in a normal house, with normal friends. Shes just a normal teen. Until life decides to throw her a curve ball. Christopher, a 18 year old arrogant teen, wasn't even supposed to meet her. They weren't even supposed to fall in love. But life has a way of it's own, and they can't help but meet when Chris moves to Florida and joins Ashlyn's swim team. Ashlyn is the black to Chris's white- they are complete opposites. But when Ashlyn's psychological problems begin to resurface, who is the only one that can help her? Of course, it's the yin to her yang- Chris.

Layla finds her way into Reece's life and Reece doesn't know what to do about it. This ray of Sunshine suddenly meant something to him. She understood him when it seemed like no one else did.
