Walker Hopper was known as the police chief's son or the trouble teen who almost dropped out of high school sure he's trouble but that doesn't mean he wants to graduate and get the fuck out of Hawkins with his friends. He wants to go on a surf trip and maybe take his younger sister Lydia to visit their mom who practically left them with their dad after the death of their sister. He has a list of things that he wants to do before he graduates like kiss the hottest girl in school Stella Harrington but fighting monsters from other dimensions and teaching two kids with super powers how to act like normal teens was definitely not on the agenda of things he really wants to do. But hey at least he could be consider a hero instead of a troublemaking teen so basically it's a win win situation.
