Becoming a rider at Basgiath College was Thalia Draegor's life purpose; she descended from a long line of Navarrian noblety, her very ancestors being amongst those who forged Navarre after the Great War. She was destined to honour her country, and losing her Aunt in the Battle of Aretia solidified her ambition.
Liam Mairi's family were a part of the Tyrrish Rebellion, and Thalia blamed the Rebels for the loss of her loved ones. Liam and the rest of the Rebels represented everything Thalia hated, a hatred that ran through her blood. But, how will she navigate college when the Rebels only seem to prove themselves as good, particularly the golden-haired boy who is determined to distract her.
