About thirty five years ago, I arrived to Earth through a small spacecraft that contained myself as an infant. That sounds like I'm an alien, right? Well, the truth is: I am one. The planet I came from was called Krypton, a planet with a society and technology vastly superior to that of our own. For thousands of years, they flourished, accomplishing wonders. But their aspirations were the cause of their self destruction. My father, Jor-El, foresaw this calamity and crafted a spacecraft for me before sending me to Earth.
On Earth, I was adopted by a family that owned a farm; Jonathan and Martha Kent. They raised me and taught me, helping create the man you see today. It wasn't my powers or my accomplishments that made me into the man I am today, I won't lie that they did help, but it is mostly because of how I was raised. Growing up, I always wanted to help people in anyway, that's why I loved farming so much. And that's why I love getting up every morning to help out in anyway that I can. Eighteen years ago, I didn't think this was all possible. But, since then, together, we made it so.
Well, I bet you're now scratching your heads and wondering: "What made you who you are?" "How did you become Superman?" and "When did you learn that you were an alien?" All valid questions and will be answered shortly. Right now, I'll tell you the story of how we won the war, when I married my wife, and how I became Who I Was Meant To Be.
