Forever Interlinked

two girls, Kali and Sierra, who have been friends since 2nd grade, can never be separated. that is until one of them goes missing. Kali desperately tries to find her, but has no luck. Kali leaves her home in search of Sierra and doesn't come back until half a month later when the police and her parents track her down. because of her disappearing for half a month, she is on house arrest for a month. she misses Sierra badly and wishes for her to come back and even texts Sierra, knowing she will never get a text back. this takes place in 2009. the girls are both 13.
