This was a question that Kiyotaka Ayanokōji had to answer. Under a new alias and form, he embarked on a journey to explore the world beyond his confinement, seeking to discover what he was missing within him.
When he arrived at the region of Sinnoh, he goes on to meet many who were on the path to become Elite Trainers. Each had their own goals, motivation, potential, and Pokemon. He hoped that by observing this new batch of up and coming trainers, he could get his answer.
Yet, there was a daunting challenge ahead of him. Will he be able to break from the chains of his past and truly become free, or would he once again find himself ensnared, bound to a fate stripped of humanity?
