Wanted To Be His Forever

For years, I held onto a story I had written in my mind-a story where he felt the same way I did. I believed that every fleeting glance, every accidental touch, every unspoken word carried meaning.

But reality doesn't care about the stories we tell ourselves.

It all unraveled in a single moment. I saw him, standing there, laughing with someone I wished I could erase from my memory. My heart shattered-not because of him, but because I finally realized the truth. Maybe he wasn't the villain. Maybe I was the one who painted him as something he could never be.

This isn't a story about love in the way you'd expect. It's about how I thought I loved him, how I lost myself chasing an idea, and how I learned to let go of the person I imagined him to be.

This is our story, or maybe just mine.
