A deadly virus has spread across the world, turning people into mindless, zombie-like creatures by bites. Shadow, Sonic, and Rouge are among the few survivors left, struggling to stay alive in a world where almost everyone they cared about is gone. With danger around every corner and trust hard to find, they must rely on each other to survive this nightmare. As Shadow and Sonic grow closer, they begin to find comfort in their bond, but in a world falling apart. Will all of them survive?

After a series of intense battles, Amy begins to quietly suffer the effects of burnout, stress, and overexertion mentally and physically. Her usual spark starts to dim as she secretly pushes herself too hard, eating less, sleeping less, and distancing herself from her friends.
