Come one, come all!

Welcome to the prestigious Dragon Awards! Here, we celebrate works both new and old that I've come into contact with that have such interesting worlds, both familiar and alien.

Hello everyone!

I've decided to post a ranking of five of the best stories of the year! All works I've encountered are allowed!

Whether you want to view a glimpse into the endless possibilities that is one's imagination, or want to see potential universes with fan works of your favorite franchise, it's all here!

This is also to bring attention to stories that may have been forgotten, or to add more praise to ones that already have its fans!

However, it must be clarified that in order to be in contention, it must have significant progress if it is currently in the works, or must be complete to be a candidate for the list.

If only one or two chapters came out in a massive story, in which the majority was read in earlier years, then it will only count for an honorable mention.

Since I believe there is no reason to read a storyline that doesn't have a definitive or unofficial conclusion despite years of hiatus, only a few exceptions could ever make the final cut.

And, with that, let's go along the golden road and red carpet to see the world of words upon the page!

(Also, a note. These could have various ratings, including E for Explicit. I only have stories like that here if it contributes towards the story and the character development while having a purpose. It will be noted as an observation and I will discuss if the rating is warranted or underutilized. As I'm shockingly tolerant to these more mature ratings, be aware that I will talk about this in-depth when it comes up, as it is an inevitability with any story on the internet.)
