The world had turned upside down when tap water had been contaminated by an unknown organism, in which people who were affected by said tap water became rapid-like animals whose limbs began to rot.

The amount of those affected was too much to control, therefore it began to infect the rest of the country. The citizens have been waiting for an emergency rescue from the government, but it never came.

It was a year later that it was found out that the government had stopped water treatment plants because it was too expensive. Now, today, the officials lounge in a place unharmed by the virus. A paradise, far away and protected by their military.

A rebellion organization was formed later on. Their ultimate goal was to destroy the government bases and take over paradise.

But corruption had its way of seeping through the minds leading the rebellion.
