'He towered over her now, his presence suffocating. His voice dropped to a dangerous murmur.
"Something tells me," he said, his gaze flicking to her lips, "you like your pleasure with a side of pain."
Amaris scoffed, though the flicker of something in her amber eyes betrayed her. "Don't flatter yourself."
He leaned closer, his lips curling into a smirk. "I'm quite good at pain. Particularly when you piss me off."
His gaze dipped to the dress that clung to her body like a second skin. "Is that why your clothes can't seem to stay on when I'm around, Princess?"'

A Dance of Fire and Thorns
Aemond Targaryen, prince of the realm, is to be betrothed to Lyanna Tyrell, lady of Highgarden, in a desprerate attempt to secure aliances of the Greens' fragile rule. Lyanna is poised, beautiful and brings with her the wealth of the Reach. But this is Westeros, and everyone has an agenda. The author wrote this story to be a slow burn, immersive experience. It's a journey of love and sensuality in a world of war, duty and intrigue. Inspired by the famous brothel scene between Aemond and Sylvie, the story explores and slowly exposes Aemond's deep need for comfort and acceptance, as well as the journey of allowing the slow, but powerful, release of his sexual restraint - all while continuing to maintain his powerful facade to the world. A student of psychoanalysis, this author delves into the intricacies of inner conflict, exploring the cracks in each character's armor. The narrative captures the initial spark of desire, the complexities of navigating a relationship, and the mounting pressures on a prince in a world fraught with expectation and tension. * This story contains description of explicit sexual acts and acts of violence.Complete

Scarred by war and trapped in his own darkness, he fights his feelings with all his might-because in times of betrayal, closeness can be dangerous. How close can one get to a fallen king without falling themselves? ‐------------------------------ I'm well aware that Aegon Targaryen is a highly controversial character, and I absolutely do not condone his behavior in the series! The portrayal in this story is purely fictional and based on imagination and wishful thinking. Enjoy ⚔️🧡Complete
