Set in the year 2097, the story presents a possible reality of the world of the future with major changes such as the colonization of Mars by humans, the use of microchips implanted in the brain to control technology, a change in the organization of the world's power nations, and other aspects. The plot focuses on Lotus, the main character, a young girl trying to find her purpose, forgive past hurts and live in a world where she doesn't fit in.
