If you haven't seen the Japanese anime film "My Oni Girl" yet, you should definitely check it out on Netflix or wherever else you can find it online. I watched it with my wife--she recommended it--and we both had a great time. We ended up debating the ending afterward because, honestly, there are so many movies I watch where the conclusion feels a bit open-ended. I guess that's why fanfiction exists, right? Inspired by this very notion, I find myself compelled to explore the uncharted depths of Hiiragi's perspective-a release of echoes and imaginings that dance in my mind. I yearn to illuminate the moments that still beckon, the narratives I would have cherished to see unfold, even as the final scene fades into the unanswered questions of the cogs turning in my mind. "Quick, quick, check to see if there's anything after the credits!" it's a suspense that proves my level of satisfaction to be verifiably high, as per usual. All Rights Reserved
