Histórica
Lydia is a 13 year old slave living in South Carolina. She works as a domestic slave in the house of her owner. While she is working in the house, she meets her master's daughter, Colette. She befriends Colette and Colette illegally teaches her to write. One day as Colette is helping Lydia with her writing, she mentions the Underground Railroad. Lydia is fascinated and she needs to learn more. Lydia soon finds out about the Underground Railroad and learns about a potential chance at freedom. Will Lydia risk her life and friendship to be free, or will she stay as a slave forever? Find out in Lydia's Journals! ~~~~~~~~~~ So, Lydia's Journal was originally a social studies project, but I decided turn it into a short story for Wattpad! It is only one part long because it is very difficult to split up into parts. I worked really hard, so I hope you love it!
