Annie Lears, the daughter of the running president of a famous hospital is infamously known for her troublemaker behavior, has her own version of loosening up-- annoying the teachers and the stuck up students to no ends, making their life akin to hell. She, has a very particular mission- trying to figure out why does the president walks around with a stick up his butt at all times! But...there has to something other than that, right?
