After her mother untimely death and her father departure when she was really young Emilie Romano was sent to live with her only living relative. Her grandmother in the Outer Banks. She never knew her grandmother growing up so at first she was hesitant around the older woman until one day her life went from bad to worse. One wrong move one wrong word one wrong breath Emilia got backhanded by the person she thought would comfort her.
She didn't think her life would get any better considering nothing good ever happened in her life but one day she decides to visit someone who just lost her husband only to run into something she wished she could back out of until that wish wasn't what she wanted. Until she got to know those people she ran into. Until she became a pogue and her life was finally looking up.
