In the city of Neonvista, a semi-developed city with a mix of advanced technology and stark social inequality, lives a girl named Lana Veil, 17 years old, the only daughter of an old mechanic. Since childhood, Lana dreamed of becoming a professional racer, inspired by her late mother who was a legendary racer before an accident took her life.

However, Lana's dream feels impossible. The only vehicle he owns is the Falcon-X, an old car left to him by his father, which is barely roadworthy. In a city filled with plasma energy-powered cars and drivers with advanced AI technology, it is considered impossible for Lana to compete.

With steely determination and the help of her father who understands every bolt and engine of the Falcon-X, Lana begins her journey to the professional racing arena. Along her journey, Lana faces discrimination, sabotage and psychological pressure. However, with courage and honed skills, he proved that true speed lies not only in machines, but also in human spirit and determination.

The Final Test

13 parts Complete

Earth was overtaken by the Calumnia ten years ago and if it weren't for the alien Occisio race who saved the remnants of humanity, Indi's race would have gone extinct. Now, at the age of sixteen, Indi and the other surviving children are about to complete their training and return to Earth to kill the monster that destroyed their world and killed their parents. However, the children on the Occisio's spaceship have been dismissed one by one in training tests and only a few of them remain. Will Indi prove himself skilled enough to become a soldier? Or will he fail humanity as his parents did? This short story (in 13 parts) is a love letter to fans of Ender's Game and Maze Runner. (I may eventually turn this into a novel but for now, I hope you enjoy this 10,000 word story about hope and overcoming one's weakness.) [This story will appear on other websites as well, such as Royal Road.] #43 IN POST-APOCALYPTIC
