The Brightest Star in the Sky

This is my very first short story. I'll be writing these short stories a lot. This story was a "Writing Challenge" my amazing boy friend gave me. I'm going to dedicate this to him because not only did he come up with the title but he pushes me to keep writing, he knows how much of a passion I have for it and he supports me through it. So I thank him and I hope you guys enjoy reading it :)
