In a quiet world plunged in darkness, entities roam freely. They can take many forms and spawn anywhere. However, most of them are not here to kill, some want to have fun during their hunting sessions, some are looking to inflict pain, some want more territory...

But sometimes, entities can be different.

A member of the Midnight squad recounts a few memories he has of The Void. He has nothing to do today, so he might as well tell a few stories while creating new gadgets to flee from unknown entities.
