Now, on the brink of collapse, a once-proud academy stands as a bastion of rigid discipline rather than mutual understanding. Its students learn to command dragons by force and tradition, not empathy. Yet within these weathered walls and smoke-stained training grounds, a quiet rebellion stirs. A young rider named Nyra, haunted by her family's mysterious legacy, dares to question the old doctrines and the tyrants who enforce them.
When a shadow from the past-Dainor, a figure thought long defeated-rises to challenge all that remains of decency and hope, alliances fracture and blood darkens the soil. Wyverns descend in ravenous swarms, and dragons struggle beneath heavy chains. Caught between these forces, Nyra must risk forging bonds deeper than any oath of obedience. I used Toph because I just really like her character and life and love how she went from the quiet, frail girl to the strong independent person she becomes in Avatar the Last Airbender. Again I used magic from Harry Potter. I used names from ATLA because I like their names , but their personalities and appearances are not the same, except for Toph.Complete
