"Would you trade your soul for freedom?
Even if you weren't sure what freedom truly means?"

Rima was no one special- just a girl caught between the weight of the world and the walls of her mind.
A dreamer. A prisoner. A question waiting to be answered.
She longed not for riches, neither glory, nor love- only escape.
From rules. From roles. From reality itself.

Then came Friday the 13th.
A whisper in time. A wish cast at 11:11.
And the world listened.

She woke up somewhere else.
Someone else.
Thirteen.

A princess in a kingdom not her own. A name not born, but branded.
Magic breathes in this new world. So do monsters-some in the dark, some in silk.

Now she has everything she wanted:
A crown. A story. A thousand choices.

But freedom is a sharp thing.
And wishes come with teeth.

So...
Can she hold onto herself in a world that expects perfection?
Will she live without regret-
or become the villain in someone else's tale?

"No-please-don't do this!" Seraphina sobbed, her voice cracking as she clung to her eldest brother's wrist. "I-I'll be good. I'll do whatever you say, just don't-" A sharp crack echoed through the room as his palm struck her cheek, sending her crashing to the marble floor. Pain exploded across her skin, but it was nothing compared to the terror clawing at her chest. From above, his voice was cold. Unmoved. "You will marry him." She shook her head wildly, crawling backward until her spine hit the wall. "He's a monster," she whispered, her breath shuddering. "He's not human. Please, don't make me do this. I'll die." Her second brother crouched in front of her, grabbing her chin roughly, forcing her to look at him. His lips curled, eyes void of warmth. "Then die." Her breath hitched. "But you will die as his wife." The door behind them creaked open. Heavy footsteps. Her father stepped inside, his expression unreadable. "Lock her in this room," he ordered. "She will not step out until her wedding day." Sera thrashed as hands seized her, dragging her toward the massive iron doors. "No! Please-Father, please!" But he didn't even look at her. The last thing she saw before the door slammed shut was her brothers standing side by side, indifferent as she was thrown into a fate worse than death. Then darkness. And the only thing left was the suffocating truth. She was a sacrifice. A bride to the Sinister, a devil himself. #A STANDALONE BOOK

Can you control the behaviour of others? Were made to believe that other's in power have control. But that's a lie! We've always had control over our own minds. We choose to surrender to that power. But we can choose to have the power to fight it if we want. When you can't control what's happening, challenge yourself to control the way you respond to it. That's where your power is. By doing so you will be mastering change rather than allowing it to master you. You may not be able to control someone or something's negative behaviour, but you can control how long you participate in it. when you control your thoughts and emotions you control everything. That's your power. The imperfect balance of half and whole, a battle between mind and soul. Made to be forever insane. Are we to blame for our own pain. And by self-acknowledgement does it mean we can be saved. Though there motives where pure and true, the enticing light of wonder made them take the blame for something they didn't do. Two wondering souls looking for redemption. Lead by a past of destruction. Broken, damned, lost and forgotten lead them astray down a path they wished they didn't take. The path of unity perhaps the path of finding oneself, leads to a battle to save mind and soul. Discover the veil, pierce it, and let their true form rejoice in freedom. When the mind is free will it shatter the mirror of tormented dreams and twisted reality, the very thing that kept them bound from being free.

We've all heard the tales of good and bad, the tales of innocent deceit and her hero, the tales that despite their nature, show us the beauty in contrast. I used to save lives. Now, apparently, I ruin them. In the 21st century, I was Dr. Viera Kalin - a top-tier surgeon known for her precision, caffeine addiction, and complete inability to maintain a social life. My only escape from endless night shifts? Reading "The Saint's Blessing" - a fantasy manga about a kind-hearted heroine, her divine healing powers, and her cold but loyal war hero fiancΓ©. Then one night, I fell asleep mid-chapter... and woke up inside the story. As Lady Viera Kallistrate - the villainess. The jealous noblewoman doomed to lose her title, her love, and her head for obsessing over the male lead, General Ronan Valeis. Well, not this time. I might have her name and her face, but I'm rewriting her fate. Step 1: Cancel the engagement before the plot begins. Step 2: Keep my divine healing powers very secret. Step 3: Avoid the dangerously attractive general like he's a medical hazard. Simple, right? Except Ronan's returned early from war - bloodstained, breathtaking, and very confused by my sudden change of heart. Instead of relief, his reaction is... curiosity. Now he's following me around like a lovesick knight, showing up to my clinic with "injuries" that definitely don't require treatment, and saying things like- "If you truly wish to end this engagement, my lady... why does it hurt to let you go?" I was supposed to survive quietly. But when the villainess refuses to play her part... the story itself might just fall in love with her.

Blood Roots

10 parts Ongoing Mature

Asking three 16 year old's from Mounds, Mississippi to help save their town wasn't easy for Sheriff Grant. The young hero's didn't answer his request with a, Yes Sheriff its our duty!, like one would think. And how could they? The untangling of tight lipped secrets and lies they had been told all their lives; combined with the pressures of school, dating, friends and covert rivals, kept them pretty busy. Shouldn't the Sheriff's 20+ years of experience fighting supernatural beings make him more than qualify in keeping the town safe. Most would agree with that statement but this new enemy was different. Not just because he was faster or stronger, the Sheriff could deal with that. This new enemy had been hiding in the shadows studying the Sheriff, the residents and he wants the towns best kept secret, the Bayou. What if I don't want to be a hero, save your damn selves!! What the Author hopes? If only for one second or even just a small inkling. I somehow convinced you that the things I write about could exist. Then I accomplished my goal as a dope writer. ✍🏽 Blood Roots - Just be glad I choose forgiveness.
