A day after Lexie confesses her love to Mark, the group of doctors have to be in Boise for a surgery but all planes are halted due to a blizzard. The hospital arranges for them to travel by coach. What happens when Mark and Lexie are stranded at a small lodge motel days before Christmas Eve?
