He refers to me as Disease, not as a name but as a label.

He claims I embody the pallor of death and have tainted their cell. The other two choose to remain neutral in this assessment.

According to him, the three of us hold no significance in this prison; we are merely commodities to be consumed, traded, or used for the amusement of other inmates, with me being nothing more than a contagion spreading my affliction.

The troubling truth is that he is correct- none of them are mistaken- but what he fails to grasp is the irony inherent in his statements.
