The Legend of Crimson Lotus follows the journey of the three siblings Zhao Ling, Zhao Yu, and their younger sister Zhao Chan, who live under the oppressive Zhu Dynasty ruled by the tyrannical Emperor Zhulong, whose true form is the fearsome Vermillion Dragon. Emperor Zhulong seeks a victim of the Crimson Lotus curse, which it said to grant the killer one wish if they slay the cursed individual. His only desire is to gain the god-like power he craves. Zhao Chan, stricken by a mysterious illness since birth, is revealed to be cursed by the Crimson Lotus. Upon learning this the mysterious oldman her brothers had to set off a perilous quest to the west, where the legendary Crimson Lake may hold the key to breaking the curse. To prepare for the dangerous path ahead, Zhao Ling and Zhao Yu join the Silver Chimera, a secret organization dedicated to mastering martial arts and swordsmanship. However, their mission becomes urgent when Zhao Chan turns 20 and is left with only 100 days to live. As Zhao Ling and Zhao Chan flee towards the west, they encounter betrayal from within the Silver Chimera and his own brother Zhao Yu. Zhao Ling, along with his ailing sister manage running away, including the Order of the Sacred Bastion, led by the Queen Elizabeth Nidhogg. The siblings cross paths with Laura, a mysterious woman who has escaped the horrors of human experimentation by the Order. Together, they must navigate treacherous lands and face deadly foes while against time to save Zhao Chan from the curse. Will Zhao Ling manage to cure his sister, or will Emperor Zhulong and the Order succeed in their dark ambitions? The fate of Zhao Chan-and possibly the world-hangs in the balance.

Gong Shangjue progressively freaking out by his beloved didi sudden changes. Gong Ziyu and Gong Zishang find that Zhuo Yichen's awkwardness is adorable.
