Skylands was now peaceful with no evil machines or darkness trying to take over the world. Spyro and his friends were introduced to the person who owns a festival on Halloween. And Spyro's friends don't appreciate the owner of the festival for using the Upgraders as the animatronic. And so did Spyro because he's not very too well with Formeleon, Silther's Cyber-Dragon, after everything he did. But his childrens, Nina and Zoran, were excited their first time on Halloween and going to the festival but Spyro was worried that Formeleon might be alive just as when something went wrong and the owner was saying it was just a glitch.
