MLP FIM: Equestria's God of Thunder

Bio of the story:

It has been four years since Shota was diagnosed with a very high cancer. He fought through it the best he could before his time was up. But, his life wasn't good, his parents would ignore him due to their jobs, his girlfriend dumped him, he had to struggle to keep himself healthy and fight the cancer. But, he wasn't strong enough. Without his parents knowing that till now, he had passed away, he had fought well till the very end. He had met Harmonia, the Goddess of Harmony, balance, and the ability to soothe strife or discord and the God of Thunder himself, Thor, who saw his determination and will to survive and his indomitable will. Thor had decided to incarnate Shota as the new God of Thunder. Harmonia then suggested a world perfect for him but convinced Thor to keep it a surprised. Thor scoffed softly but agrees reluctantly. They both sent him to the world known as Equus. AKA Equestria. He has Thor's memories to help him train and control his newfound powers of a God. But he looks like a little kid. Which he figured would happen to him.

What will happen when he meets 2 certain ponies when he reaches his teens?
