What if Asha wasn't the protagonist of Disney's Wish? What if she was the antagonist/the villain?
In my story, this is about King Magnifico and Queen Amaya's daughter, Rose, named after the Kingdom of Rosas, and Asha's best friend, or so she thought. When realizing Magnifico wouldn't grant her grandfather's wish, Asha steals a forbidden book from him and it corrupts her with power. Now teaming up with a star from the sky, seven former friends of Asha, and a beloved pet goat, Rose needs to head out to stop Asha from losing herself and setting free the rest of the wishes before it's too late.

Born from two incredibly talented parents, she can barely light a candle, let alone summon anything without the help of props. But with the death of her father, their family has fallen from their once prestigious place in society. Desperate to reclaim the king's favor, Asha endeavors to win an apprenticeship under his tutelage. But when she finds her skills lacking, she turns to the stars for help. Sure, Sol has made a few mistakes. You know, the usual kinds of things...like starting a few wars, ending an empire or two, burning down the Library of Alexandria....ok, a lot of mistakes. But now he has the chance to change all that! On a quest to track down the missing Queen Cassiopeia, he crosses paths with a girl from Rosas. And he can't resist granting her wish. Explore the Kingdom of Rosas, a city that glimmers under an eternal sun. Where people can perform magic with the power of stardust, but only by the grace of the king. Wish: The Series
All credits belong to Disney, Benjamin Rice, J.K. Rowling, Molly McMurtrie, Wendy Wan-Long Shang, Leigh Harline, and Jaycee Dasilva with original songs and altered lyrics by Emma Weltner. While I wrote my cinematic Wish rewrite for all the disappointed fans, this is the rewrite I really wanted to do. I wanted to do my ideas of delving into the world of Rosas, having Magnifico mentor Asha, exploring the evil dragon book, and introducing Star later on so Asha could be more than a love interest. When I first saw Wish, I thought it could make a perfect television series with its fairly large main cast, multiple themes, and several forms of magic. I didn't publish this sooner because I had trouble outlining it until I watched Unicorn Academy, which had the perfect seasonal structure for it, and reviewed the film imagining it as a TV pilot. Parts of the cinematic rewrite will be here, but this is a Lighter and Softer rewrite, so, no trigger warnings.
Destiney: Stygian Ice and Thorns
Destiney was originally a typical seventeen year old, living her life to the fullest. When one Halloween Night turns into a living Nightmare, she learns that the characters from Disney's Imagination are real as ever, and some of them want to send her into the Styx. But, she learns some of them are actually very friendly, only misunderstood. She gains a mystical amulet that gives her a wake up call she never experienced before. Now, she will have to battle the worst of them, and a betrayal is at hand. Will she survive? Will she put the other Villains in their rightful Places? Or, will she be defeated, and be tormented for the rest of her life at the hand of the worst villain of all, The Lord Of the Dead? Wish (Girl Sensation's Version)
This is a rewrite of the movie Wish, celebrating 100 years of Disney. However, the movie was received with mixed feedback due to its plot and songs.
