Daemon Lorenzo is a laid-back, genuinely attractive guy. He just transferred to UA's famous class 1-A (except now it's class 2-A) after he got into a fistfight at his last school. He's not actually trying to be a Hero; he just wanted to make his ma feel better about the situation. When Daemon meets Katsuki Bakugou, he sees someone that's just as fucked up as he is. Dae finds solace in Bakugou. The aggressive, explosive hero somehow soothes the violent turmoil in his heart and mind; Bakugou doesn't know this, of course...that would be weird...right? Anyways- maybe UA's students will change Dae's perspective and make him want to be a real hero. Or perhaps he'll discover something else...who knows?
