An anonymous person called 'PSYCHO', by the people in Seoul, has been responsible for the murders of University students. For the past six years people of Seoul are constantly facing problems with this 'PSYCHO' who is killing only university and college students. These uncountable deaths resulted in fearing this unknown person and they stopped sending their children to universities. To solve this problem, the government took a secret way, which is the entry of the most famous and intelligent agents from Busan.

A group of agents consisting of 8 people who are very intelligent, powerful investigators, and most importantly very good at solving the mystery cases. The leader of the group is Jeon Jungkook. The thing they didn't know at the start was, in this journey of solving the case, their lives, more precisely Jeon Jungkook's, is/are going to take a full u-turn, resulting them to battle within themselves, between love and duty. This is going to be a huge roller coaster ride for Jungkook in a terrific way at the same time in a romantic way.
