The Year Rules were devastating. She was abandoned after the MP's caught her captors. She could barely talk, she couldn't read or write. Hell, she could barely understand what other people were saying to her. Levi and Farlan found her walking down the street one day. She was dirty, her hair was matted with blood and dirt. Two teenage boys were kicking her around like a doll.
